Baby Reynolds is a....

The long anticipated day came and went! And man was it worth the wait! Yesterday we had our 20 week ultrasound. We had my mom and Logan's mom join us for the appointment. It was soo, SO amazing to see our little babe wiggling around in there, all healthy!

 

For a few weeks, I've had some ideas of what to do for the gender reveal, but nothing solid. We really didn't decide what to do until right after the doctor's appointment, haha! It actually worked out really well, besides the fact that the slow-motion video was recorded on my iPhone and was blurry when we uploaded it to Facebook, so my apologies for that! But we really loved doing the reveal...

 

 

IT'S A GIRL!!!!

 

YOU GUYS WE ARE HAVING A GIRL!

 

I was actually really, really surprised that it was a girl. I was absolutely convinced that it would be a boy. But after seeing her, I know that she is supposed to come into our family at this time. We have so, so much love for her already!!!!! We were just watching in awe as the technician showed her to us, measuring her and everything. I could not believe that she was actually in there, a human being! Life is such a miracle. I'm so glad we can call her a 'she' instead of an 'it'...... Also, I am SO excited to get started on the nursery and her wardrobe... Hehehe.... So much fun! She will be so dang spoiled, lemme tell you. Oh and she will TOTALLY be a daddy's girl, I already know. :)

I was surprised when they did 3D shots of her, I wasn't expecting that! So happy they did... It's so cool so see what she actually looks like right now.

Gender Guesses

Tomorrow is the big day! Not only will we know the gender of our sweet babe, but we will get to see him/her and how much growth has happened since our last ultrasound at week 8! I am so excited/nervous to see how baby is doing! 

So, my husband's sister had a sweet idea to get guesses from our family members and friends on what the gender will be.

20 Weeks.... WHAT?!?

Guys. Halfway. HALFWAY! I seriously cannot believe it!!!!!

First of all, we will find out the gender on Friday. Only four more days. Gahhhhh!!!!

Then we will know if it's a boy or a girl.

I have been DYING. At first, I was fine with waiting until 20 weeks to find out the gender, but these past two weeks have been absolutely excruciating. Maybe because a good friend a month behind me just found our what she's having..... What with modern technology, we could have found out several weeks ago, but we made the decision to wait. 

At this point I'm wondering why in the WORLD we did that?!?!?!

Oh well, only a few days left now. I can do it. I CAN DO IT (repeat 2298432096 more times). 

This week I feel like my belly has popped out quite a bit!

There is DEFINITELY something in there, and it blows my mind.

Over the past few weeks, I've only felt a few flutters. A few days ago, I SWEAR I felt distinct little kicks! They were more like someone poking me lightly with their finger inside. It was pretty cool! I honestly feel like I haven't felt the baby as much as I want to, but maybe I just don't know exactly what I'm feeling, especially because I'm a first timer at this whole pregnancy thing. I just can't wait for the little dance parties inside so that Logan can feel the baby!!! 

I love this little babe so much already!

Since the beginning of the pregnancy, I've just had this feeling that it's a boy. Over and over. But then, out of the blue I had this dream that we announced our baby's gender and it was a girl! So who knows!!! We will know next Friday.
